Your Timeless Photos (the Blog)

Hey all!

I was hand chosen to beta test the new version of my current blog.  You will probably see some changes every now and then.  I think this new version totally ROCKS! and I can’t wait to see any other upgrades. 

If you notice any bugs/issues, please let me know and I will pass them on.

So outside of weddings, I like to stay busy and keep ideas fresh in my head for new picture ideas - kinda some personal “extra credit”.  Just a few days ago, a few other wedding photographer friends and I got together and arranged a session with some local models. 

Not being under the pressure of a wedding day, the point of this exercise was to try out some different ideas and also to try some new equipment out.  The new and amazing Canon 200mm f/2.0 IS lens was on loan from Canon and I got to play with review it.  My personal short use review of it… it is a wonderful lens and I want one.

(update):  Thanks also goes out to Craig Single (Craig’s shots) for letting me try the sweet lens out while he had it on loan.  My good friends, Stacie Lech (Stacie’s blog) and Mark Gardner (Mark’s shots) were also in attendance.

I feel like a building has been lifted off of my shoulders…. The new website has been launched!

There are still a few tweaks to make here and there, but overall I am so excited to have a new site that can display BIG pictures.

All of your favorite posts have been transfered here, so there is no need to bounce back and forth between the old one and this spiffy new one. 

For anyone that has bookmarked and subscribed to the old blog, be sure to update your bookmarks for this one.

The new site is going to be launched very soon…I can’t wait!

Ok, I know you are all really curious as to what the new site will look like.

…Ok, so you don’t get to see the whole thing yet. But I am really excited for the new site to be launched. There are still some final touches to be made, but the anticipation is SO worth it.

The new blog will be launched at the same time. I will have all of these entries transfered over, so only one blog to keep track of!
